Privacy Policy

Cyer is a personal assistant that keeps your information on your computer. This policy explains what we collect — on your device, on our website, and when you connect optional services. A complete policy will ship before v1.0 public launch.

Your data stays on your computer

Notes, tasks, your daily history, and settings are stored on your Windows or Mac computer. You do not need a Cyer cloud account to use the app. Cyer does not upload your personal content to our servers.

Activity tracking (optional, in the app)

Cyer may optionally remember which apps you use to build a helpful timeline for your briefings. We explain this during setup. You can turn it off or adjust it in Settings. This data stays on your device unless you export it yourself.

AI & connected services

If you connect AI tools, Google Calendar, or news feeds, Cyer talks to those services only when you ask it to. Cyer does not sell your data or charge markup on AI usage.

Website analytics

Our marketing site (cyer.app) may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are viewed and which download buttons are clicked. Analytics uses cookies and may collect anonymized IP addresses. You can opt out with a browser extension like Google Analytics Opt-out, or your browser's "Do Not Track" setting where supported.

Payments

When you purchase a Pro or Founding plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle). Cyer does not store your full card details.
