These terms govern your use of Cyer, a personal assistant application for Windows and Mac and the cyer.app website. Complete terms will ship before v1.0.
Using Cyer
Cyer grants you a limited license to install and use the app on devices you own. During alpha, all features are unlocked regardless of plan. Paid tiers and feature gating are planned at v1.0. You may not redistribute or resell the app.
AI & third-party services
Cyer helps you use AI tools and services you connect (such as Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI, or Ollama). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Cyer does not provide AI inference or charge for AI tokens.
Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans will launch at v1.0 and be processed through Dodo Payments. Refund and cancellation policies will be stated at checkout. Basic Perpetual licenses, when offered, are non-transferable unless required by law.
Beta software
During beta, Cyer is provided as-is. Features and pricing may change. Data export is planned for a future release — back up important information before major updates.
Acceptable use
Use Cyer lawfully and in line with workplace policies where applicable. Do not use Cyer to violate others' privacy or applicable regulations.
